Experiments

Two Image Visual World

The purpose of this experiment is to record participant’s eye-movements while he/she is listening to a spoken utterance and looking at a screen displaying a pair of two objects. For each trial a set of images is displayed and an utterance is played. The utterance typically is an instruction to the participant. Participant’s task is to carefully look and listen and to select one of the two objects (using button-box, keyboard or mouse) as instructed. Self-paced. Output: Eye-Tracking data as collected by the eye-tracker, RT and chosen object.

This implementation can be used with an EyeLink eye-tracker (default), a Tobii 1750 eye-tracker, or an SMI eyetracker. You can select the desired device by importing the appropriate module.
